Board of Directors
The Minnesota Retailers Association is governed by a Board of Directors. Board Members are elected by the membership for two or three year terms. The Board Chair may also appoint Board Members for one year terms. Members of the Board elect the Chair, First Vice Chair and Treasurer during meetings. The Executive Board meets twice a year in addition to two meetings throughout the year for the full Board of Directors.
